Purchasing:
We offer a variety of ways to purchase the products on our website. The preferred method is by using our interactive shopping cart with your credit card. We also offer credit card orders over the phone, and cashiers checks/money orders. If paying with cashiers check or money order, please contact us for the address.
Purchases made through our site will show up on your credit card statement as follows: “Paypal 1-(402)-935-2050 Purchase Amt” if paying via paypal.HGL" if paying via Google checkout.
Shipping:
All products are shipped in discrete cardboard boxes to the address you provide. Items normally ship within 3 business days of receiving payment and are generally received within 10 days. On some occasions, it can take a maximum of 2-3 weeks to arrive, depending on your location and our inventory. The prices for our lights include shipping charges within the continental USA. If you are outside of this area, or located in another country, the "International" shipping option must be selected at checkout.
Returns:
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we offer a 60-day return policy on all of our 60 degree LED Grow Lights. We do not offer returns on custom or international models, as they are special order items. Returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee of their original purchase price, not including the cost of return shipping. Items must be returned in “as new” condition, inside of their original packaging. Return postage is the responsibility of the consumer.
Warranty:
LED Grow Lights come with a 3-year warranty.
In the event that there is a problem with the functionality of any of our grow lights, we require photographic evidence displaying the said problem (ie: if two light engines are not turning on, a photograph showing it). For minor repairs such as a power supply, we will send the new part to you with instructions on how to replace it. In the event that the new power supply does not fix the problem, or there is a problem which is more complex, we will send you a brand new replacement unit so long as your light is still within the 3 year warranty period. For a replacement, we require that you send the defective light back to us in its original packaging, and supply us with a tracking number once it has shipped. Once it has been received , we will arrange for your replacement unit to be sent out promptly, so long as we are not on back-order. If you are unable to provide pictures of your product, we will supply you with a return address where we will determine the damage and either fix the light or replace it with a new one. If the light has been tampered with or it is found that the damage was caused by the customer, there will be a repair fee associated with the return of your product. If it is determined that the product is unrepairable, we will notify you immediately. If the warranty seal is broken, your warranty becomes null and void. If the customer causes damage by abnormal use, neglect (such as dripping water), wrong input voltage, dropping or breaking the light, etc..., the warranty is void.
