Purchasing:
We offer a variety of ways to purchase the products on our website. The preferred method is by using our interactive shopping cart with your credit card, however due to regulations set in place by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express, we will only ship merchandise to the billing address of the credit card used for purchase. Exceptions to this policy can be made by contacting our sales department at 661-654-9376. We also accept payment via cashiers checks/money orders, wire transfers and western union. If paying via wire transfer or Western Union, please contact us for the details.
Purchases made through our site will show up on your credit card statement as follows: "HGL Technologies LLC".

Shipping:
All products are shipped in discrete cardboard boxes to the address you provide. Items normally ship within 3-5 business days of receiving payment and are generally received within 10-14 days of placing your order. On some occasions, products can take a maximum of 3 weeks to ship, depending on your location and our inventory. The prices for our lights include shipping charges within the continental USA. If you are outside of this area, or located in another country, the "International" shipping option must be selected at checkout.

Penetrator/Penetrator PRO Policies:
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we offer a 60-day return policy on all of our Penetrator and Penetrator PRO (white casing) LED Grow Lights. We do not offer returns on refurbished, custom or international models, as they are special order items. Returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee of their original purchase price, not including the cost of return shipping. Returns are limited to (2) LED Grow Lights per customer, and must be returned in "as new" condition, inside of their original packaging. Return postage is the responsibility of the consumer. Cancellations are only offered in the event that your item has not yet shipped. If you wish to cancel your order, a 20% restocking fee will apply. There are no exceptions to this policy.
Generation-X 90-Day Money Back Guarantee
All New Extreme (X) LED Grow Lights are offered with a 90-Day Risk Free Trial when purchased through our site. If for any reason you are less than impressed within 90 days of receiving your product, you can return your lights for a 100% refund of the price you paid less the original shipping cost (costs listed below). Returns are limited to (2) LED Grow Lights per customer, and return postage is the responsibility of the consumer. Return merchandise must be in as-new condition, in proper packaging, with all appropriate power cords and hanging pieces. If any part is missing, the sender will be charged additional fees for those parts. The refund will be processed via the same method used for payment within 48 hours of receiving the returned merchandise. We do not offer returns on refurbished or used LED Grow Lights, nor customized (color, lensing, etc...) or international models, as these are special order items. Order cancellations are only offered in the event that your item has not yet shipped. If you wish to cancel your order, a 20% restocking fee will apply. There are no exceptions to this policy.

Privacy Policy
Hydro Grow requires the collection of personal information such as a customer's email address, physical address, name, phone number, and credit card data in order to process transactions and establish new accounts. The information supplied to Hydro Grow is never sold or disclosed to 3rd party companies, nor is credit card data stored on any of our servers. The information supplied to Hydro Grow helps us maintain a cohesive relationship with our customers wherein we can contact them easily if needed, and ship out product or replacement parts if requested. If needed, customer information is supplied only to those parties who assist us in the operation of our business (website, merchant account, etc), so long as those parties agree to keep the information confidential. By using our site you consent to our privacy policy as well as all other policies contained herein.

Warranty:
In the event that there is a problem with the functionality of any of our grow lights, we require photographic evidence displaying the said problem (ie: if two light engines are not turning on, a photograph showing it). If you are unable to provide pictures of your product, we will supply you with a return address to send the light, where we will determine the damage and either fix the light or replace it with a new one. If the light has been tampered with or it is found that the damage was caused by the customer, there will be a repair fee associated with the return of your product. If it is determined that the product is unrepairable, we will notify you immediately. If the warranty seal is broken, your warranty becomes null and void. If damage has been caused by abnormal use, neglect (such as dripping water), wrong input voltage, dropping or breaking the light, etc..., the warranty is void. Warranty coverage is ultimately left to the discretion of Hydro-Gro LLC. We reserve the right to refuse warranty repair or replacement service to anyone.
For minor repairs such as a power supply replacement, we will send the new part to you with instructions on how to replace it. In the event that the new part does not fix the problem, or there is a problem which is more complex, the light will need to be returned for a warranty replacement. In the event of a replacement, we will send you a return shipping label for the defective product, and after it has been received we will send out a new replacement unit to you. The defective unit must be returned in its original packaging and box.
If you are unable to wait for a replacement, we offer expedited service for a deposit. This deposit varies per light, but ensures that a new product is shipped to you right away. If you wish to use our expedited method, give us a call at 661-65HYDRO (661-654-9376) to process your deposit. After you receive the new product, use the return shipping label included to send the defective light back in it's original packaging and box. Once the light has been received and inspected, your deposit will be refunded.
